MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Pearl tier of membership requires you to
provide us with a valid credit or debit card and to authorize us to perform
recurring monthly billing to this card for the monthly membership dues of
$24.97 USD. You may terminate your membership at any time, without advance
notice to us, however no refunds of membership fees will be given. In the event
we are unable to successfully charge your card for this recurring monthly fee,
you will be notified via email and given an opportunity to resolve the issue
with your bank or to provide us with another credit card, if you prefer.
However, if the billing issue is not resolved in a timely manner, your
membership to the Pearl tier will be automatically terminated.
We have
